SUNDUSK BAY
A game of fishes and underwater adventure.
“SunDusk Bay” is a game that displays the marine ecosystem of a planet, which allows players to come into contact with living marine species and explore the mysterious habitat of these lives; Thus, learn about them in a casual and peaceful mind. Player will play as a researcher who is given the task to preserve/collect data of species in the ocean before the foreseeable catastrophic meteorite fall that will happen in five years. Given that, the player has to collect as much data of species as possible by using a scan camera as they dive into different depths of the ocean with the help of technology.

Features & GamePlay
✦ Explore and Items Collect
Players walk around the scene to encounter useful items and interact with objects.
Implementations:
✧ Walkable scene and intractable objects
✧ Design and created the inventory system, in addition to picking up new items.
✧ Intractable NPCS with dialogues











✦ Dive and Explore the Ocean
Players enter the ocean and as they go deeper, they encounter species that inhabit the various depth of Ocean.
✦ Taking a SnapShot
As player explore the sea, one can make use of water camera and taking pictures for the underwater species
Players have to take pictures of the fish in order to save a copy of their data and bring back to the laboratory.
Implementations:
✧ Detecting the current height of the player in the ocean
✧ Camera Function: Setting up the camera so that it can retain an image of the fishes and get display in the Drive.
✧ When player take a picture of the fish, it automatically display the information of that fish
✧ Drive: The picture can be viewed the drive where player can switch between captured photos







✦ Loading In Data and Generate Hologram of underwater species
After taking snapshots in the ocean, players bring back the copied data and load it into the fish tanks.
The tank then generates a hologram of the species.
Players can always check the information of the species on the left.
Arranging on salinity, PH level, Temperature, light intensity to keep the fish stable.
Implementations:
✧ Loading from scene to scene. Save the fish data from the ocean scene and load it as an object into the tanks
✧ Fish swimming around in the tank
✧ Functional UI on the left. Player can click to view data/information about the fish
✧ Functional Sliders that allow player to switch around the values that influence the tank environment.
✧ Load in data > Arrange values > Check status > Stabilize > Download Data





Game Goal: Load arranged Data back to the center computer
